Happy New Month Sweeties!!!

 


Happy new month sweeties!!!, this is another opportunity to do something right :). Last month ran by soo quickly,before you know it,it would be the end of the year again. This month I plan to go slow and steady and not run through the days achieving nothing. Each day is a new blessing and this month I will take it one step at a time. Worry less, Work harder, Sing more, dance more, frown less, be inspired, Take time to help others,eat right and pray a lot more. Hope you all do the same. Super Sweet Smoothie!!

  Pineapple, Orange & Banana Smoothie This pineapple, orange and banana smoothie is quick and easy to make, and so tasty! Prep: 2 mins Total: 2 mins Ingredients: 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks 2 bananas, peeled 1 orange, peeled 1 cup ice 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed and/or wheat germ (optional) Directions: In a blender, combine all ingredients.  Blend until smooth, then serve immediately.  (If your blender has trouble getting going, you may need to add in a few tablespoons of water or juice to get it started.)
