Hello Everyone, hope you are all doing well. Since I haven't posted anything in a while I thought to share my new interest, Vegan lifestyle and getting healthier in general.It has been quite interesting in the past few months because I have been going on and off the lifestyle,it has not been easy  :) .Getting healthier is my biggest motivation for this lifestyle and I have heard wonders about it especially raw food Vegan lifestyle. While trying to get information about this Raw Food  diet, I discovered so many testimonies of people who had Cancer and were healed after eating Raw Food for about 6months-a year. I was so surprised and this brought my attention to how good natural unprocessed food is good for the body. Other testimonies such as healing of acne, clearer eye sight and overall better health excited me and got me to consider trying it.   This is a book by Bob Grant and it would help your relationships. I read this book and it had soo many relationship secrets and easy steps to take to improve your relationships. This book should be read by every woman,its wonderful. Its the real thing. Ladies, make sure you get this book.I really enjoyed it and I recommend it.

A ll skin bleaching products contain one of the two active ingredients--- hydroquinone and mercury. Hydroquinone lightens the colour of the skin areas to which it is applied by killing off the melanin-making cells—the melanolyte. It is also the active ingredient in ‘fade-off’ creams for freckles, age spots, etc. Historical background: Hydroquinone was first use in the thirties. Some of the African-American employees found that spots of discolouration appeared on their skin. The chemical substance responsible for it is Monobenzyl Ether of Hydroquinone (Monobonzone for short). Monobonzone thus became a newly discovered bleaching agent.   Happy new month sweeties!!!, this is another opportunity to do something right :). Last month ran by soo quickly,before you know it,it would be the end of the year again. This month I plan to go slow and steady and not run through the days achieving nothing. Each day is a new blessing and this month I will take it one step at a time. Worry less, Work harder, Sing more, dance more, frown less, be inspired, Take time to help others,eat right and pray a lot more. Hope you all do the same.
